- All products are thoroughly inspected, with most of them including detailed descriptions, specifications, and accurate photos of each product to ensure you make informed purchasing decisions.
Is it safe to shop on itsale.pl?
Yes, shopping on our platform is safe. You don't need to make online payments immediately after placing an order. Once your order is submitted, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the details and provide the necessary information for completing a bank transfer.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, go to itsale.pl/register and fill out the form with your details.
Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes, we offer progressive discounts for orders that reach certain cart value thresholds. The more you add to your cart, the higher the discount you can receive.

Yes, on the page of a specific product list, you have the option to "Make an Offer." Simply click the "Make an Offer" button, fill out the form with your proposed price or terms, and submit it. Our team will review your offer and respond promptly.
Do I need an account to place an order or send an offer?
No, you do not need an account to place an order or send an offer. You can proceed as a guest and provide the necessary details during the checkout or offer submission process.
How do I place an order?
You have several options to place an order on our wholesale platform:

- You can contact us directly, and we will create the order in our system on your behalf.
- Alternatively, browse our products, add the desired items to your shopping cart, and proceed through the checkout process by following the steps to provide billing and shipping details and confirm your order.
- You can also go directly from the product list page to the cart and fill out the order form.
