RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure
If your product is defective or not functioning as expected and is still under warranty, you may request an RMA.
How to Initiate an RMA

Contact Us by Email:
Contact us ONLY by email at sales@itsale.pl including your order number, product details, a detailed description of the issue, and the ID number of the unit you would like to submit for RMA.
RMA requests via WhatsApp, phone, or other channels will NOT be accepted.
You can find a list of your orders in your profile on the itsale.pl website. Please log in to your account to view your order history and track the status of your orders. -
Receive RMA Number and Instructions:
We will provide you with an RMA number along with the instructions for returning your product.
Important Notes
- We require a complete and detailed description of the problem. Please do not send partial or incomplete information. Only submit an RMA request after you have checked the entire order and identified all issues.
- Incomplete or partial problem descriptions may result in the RMA being delayed or rejected.
- When creating an RMA, you must provide the ID number of the unit you are submitting. The best way to submit this information is, for example, in an Excel file listing the unit IDs alongside their corresponding problems.
Shipping Your Product
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged and includes your RMA number, contact details, the unit's ID number, and a detailed description of the problem.
Inspection and Resolution
- After we receive and inspect the product, we will contact you by email regarding the outcome.
- Based on the inspection, we will inform you whether the item will be repaired, replaced, or credited to your account.
- If the product issue is not covered under warranty or is not eligible for RMA, we will let you know about your options.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@itsale.pl with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be exempt from returns for hygienic reasons or as clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
